Notice to Bidders

Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk of New York Mills until 3:00pm November 5, 2025, for the following project: Refurbishment of Bathrooms at Pulaski Park

Project description:

Refurbishment of bathrooms at Pulaski Park to include removal and replacement of old fixtures, doors and windows, among other improvements. For  complete specifications, bidders are invited to pick up a Bid Package from the Office of the Village Clerk. Bid packets can be picked up at the Village Clerk’s Office, 1 Maple Street, New York Mills, NY 13417 Monday-Friday from 9AM to 3PM. Bid Packets will be emailed upon request.

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:00pm November 5, 2025, at the Village Office 1 Maple Street, New York Mills NY 13417. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Village Offices will be CLOSED Monday October 13th

At the August 12, 2025 Village Board Meeting, the Board voted unanimously to update our park usage fees in order to help maintain and improve this community space we all enjoy.

Beginning September 1, 2025, the non-refundable fee for Village residents will be $25.00, and the non-refundable fee for non-residents will be $100.00. At the time of booking, a $100.00 cash deposit will also be required for all applicants. This deposit will be returned once the park has been inspected for cleanliness and the bathroom key has been returned.
