ZBA/Planning Board Meeting

There will be a meeting of the ZBA/Planning Board on November 18th at 7PM. The purpose of the meeting will be to make a recommendation to the Village Board on the proposed Local Law #1:2025 A local law to rezone parcel 305.019-5-35, 17 Mill Place in the Village of New York Mills to Planned Development (P-D).
