Please Take notice that there will be a Public Hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at 7 PM in the Municipal Building, 1 Maple Street, New York Mills, NY for the purpose of granting or denying:

A request for an area variance to place a shed on the property of 11 Beech Place. The garage does not meet the side yard setback requirements as defined in 200-15 of the Village Code:
